I hear you! I see you! Its not all in your head. I had a doctor tell me once that all of my health issues were because I was “Fat and over 50”. Yes Really! We are often treated as a “category” of people not as individuals and once you reach a certain age all of your problems considered are due to aging.

This is just not true!

Hi! I’m Kathleen Bulger, Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant.

In the complex journey of life, I've had the honor of connecting with many amazing women who have shared a common sentiment: they have lost touch with their own vital self-care needs and health goals amidst the chaotic hustle of their careers as time flies by.

I feel that deep in my soul. Oh, I've walked that path too. There came a time when life forced me to a crossroads, and I chose to reclaim my precious well-being. It was a turning point that ignited a passion within me to be of service, guiding others so they wouldn’t have to face that same crisis.
I understand that deep yearning within you—to shed the weight of constant overwhelm and embrace alignment with your true essence, to embrace life fully energized and aware of what your body, mind, and spirit need to thrive.

I graduated from the Canadian School of Holistic Nutrition in 2017 with my certification as a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients helping them achieve a balanced state of health taking them from exhausted to energized and engaged.

And guess what? You can do it too!
