Join us for a transformative one-day retreat tailored to empower you with tools for lasting self-care because nurturing yourself is not frivolous; it's essential! We need to embrace the vital ritual of nurturing self-care.
This retreat isn’t just about one day; it's about equipping you with the tools to nurture yourself well beyond this space.
My promise to you is simple. You will leave with the tools you need.
Here's what awaits you:
Self-Care Essentials: Leave with sustainable, locally crafted skin care products from Sage & Sweetgrass to nourish your skin and overall health. You will have the chance to try them as well and really feel the difference real ingredients can make. Your skin is your biggest organ of elimination that supports your body's health, looking after it is so important!
Nourishing Snacks and Recipes: Take home a recipe book packed with wholesome, delicious recipes to elevate your nourishment game. You will have had a chance to sample some as well. A nutritious lunch and snacks are included in your day-long experience. There is a booklet designed to give you simple nourishing breakfast options you can make in advance or use on days when you are busy for snacks.
Cognitive Enhancement: We will explore a creative process designed to stimulate cognitive health and foster mindfulness. It allows you to relax the overworked parts of your brain and engage new parts to promote a healthy brain. (also known as Neuroplasticity but we will discuss that).
There is a quiet time of reflection, meditation, and gentle stretching to open and close the day and allow you to leave grounded relaxed, and rejuvenated.
This isn't a day of judgment or expectations—dress comfortably, bring an open heart, and leave your worries at the door. I will create a welcoming safe space, acceptance is a core value, and nurturing yourself is celebrated.

9:30 am – Opening, Intros, and welcome meditation
10:00 - 10:55 am - Prioritizing YOU unraveling social and cultural beliefs
10:55 - 11:05 – Short Biology Break, water/snacks
11:05 - 12:00 – Self-care gentle stretching and/chair yoga practice
12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch (GF and Vegetarian)
1:00 - 2:00 – Hormones Friend or Foe
2:00 -2:15 - Biology Break Tea/water/snacks
2:15 – 4:00 - Releasing physical and oxidative stress

4:30 – 4:30 Closing Meditation and Departure
