In this  1:1 Personal Wellness Program you will:

  • Learn how to weave invigorating nutritional habits into your daily routine to support gut and overall health.

  • You'll be able to prioritize and implement nurturing self-care practices without feeling guilty.

  • Learn how to recognize and let go of social conditioning and beliefs that no longer serve you.

Together we will create a safe space to share your aspirations and dreams for your wellness journey, It encompasses the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. With only 21 days to engrain a new habit, we're committing to 8 weeks together, ensuring these changes become an integrated part of your life.

What will the sessions be like?

Experience personalized wellness through 8 1:1, 60-minute sessions, in person or via Zoom. I’ll guide you through the essential principles of holistic wellness, customized to fit your unique lifestyle. Together, we’ll address your challenges with tailored solutions. I’ll be your listener, supporter, and accountability partner. Since your health touches every aspect of your life, I’m available via text or email to answer any questions within 24 hours.

The topics we cover are:

1. Hydration and Why It’s Critical
2. Digestion and Absorption - the dance of nutrients and the microbiome
3. The Foods you consume and how you feel- are you feeding the good, the bad, and the ugly?
4. Exercise and Movement -, life is not stagnant, and neither are humans meant to be
5. Sleep, Meditation, and Brain Health - sleep is a critical player in neuroplasticity and brain health
6. Hygiene, Toxins Internal and External, and how to reduce them - this is a big topic
7. Indoor life; self-care - dry skin brushing, castor oil packs, etc. You as an elimination organ
8. Outdoor life; The benefits of sunlight grounding and fresh air on our physical mental and emotional health
9. Creativity and Recreation;- 's not just about fun, the health of our brains depends on it
10. Time Management; Making time for Self-Care (this module is VIP!)

In addition to the 8 weeks, 30 days after you finish the 8 sessions we will have a 30-minute call to follow up and answer any remaining questions.

Together, we'll venture into uncharted territories, uncovering societal and cultural layers that might be holding you back. These hidden gems often lie right before us, hidden in plain site. We'll explore the influence of external beliefs on our own lives, unraveling a world of our full potential.

Each week, we will meet for a full hour, ensuring you get the most out of each session.  In this space, judgment has no place – there's no right or wrong. Respect, integrity, and the spirit of generosity guide us.
