Chair YOGA & Nourishing Foods

Gentle Moves and Nourishing Foods combines gentle chair yoga with time for tea, and meaningful conversation, allowing discussions about habits, beliefs, and holistic health.

Movement is not optional for brain health, nervous system regulation, or recovery from fatigue. But high-intensity exercise is often the last thing a depleted body needs.

Chair yoga offers the neurological and physical benefits of movement, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and nervous system downregulation, without adding stress load.

Each class combines gentle, accessible movement with whole-food conversation and time for tea. A low-barrier entry point to feeling better in your body in community with others doing the same.

No prior experience required. No specific fitness level required. Everybody is welcome.

Chair Yoga for Women

In each session, we will :

  • Open with a short mindfulness exercise
  • Experience gentle movement to release tension and build confidence in your body. Aprox.45 min
  • Enjoy tea and conversation in a relaxed, supportive environment. 15-30 min.
  • Dive into actionable tips for nutrition and lifestyle shifts that support real, lasting wellness.
