In each session, we will :

  • Open with a short mindfulness exercise
  • Experience gentle movement to release tension and build confidence in your body. Aprox.45 min
  • Enjoy tea and conversation in a relaxed, supportive environment. 15-30 min.
  • Dive into actionable tips for nutrition and lifestyle shifts that support real, lasting wellness.

This is more than a class—it’s a chance to realign with what truly makes you feel vibrant and alive, in a space where you can learn, share, and grow in a welcoming environment.
