Refund & Program Completion and Commitment Policy

At Kathleen Bulger Holistic Nutritional Consulting, I am committed to providing you with the knowledge, support, and tools to help you regain your health. However, your success depends on your commitment, consistency, and willingness to take action.

Commitment Policy: Your investment is non-refundable, as success depends on your participation and action.

Due to the nature of my programs and the personal responsibility required, there are no refunds. Your results are unique to you, shaped by your physiology, life experiences, diet, and lifestyle. Because progress happens at an individual pace, there are no guaranteed timelines for results. Your results are dependant of your personal commitment of time and commitment to your health and wellness.

Program Completion & Extensions

• All programs must be completed within 12 weeks of the start date. This ensures continuity, as health history and personal information can change over an extended period.
• If more than three consecutive weeks are missed, a $150 fee will apply to review and update your intake form before resuming.
• If additional time is required beyond the 12-week period, an extension can be granted for a $150 fee to ensure continued alignment with your current health status.
