Hi! I’m Kathleen Bulger, Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant.

When I was searching for answers, I kept hearing the same dismissive response - You’re over 40. You’re overweight. That’s the issue.- I wasn’t seen as a person, just a number on a chart.
I even sat in a hospital-led cardiac clinic, expecting real solutions—only to be told to “just switch from juice to diet Coke.” That was the moment I realized that this system isn’t built for me.
So, I decided to build what was missing—a space where women recovering from health setbacks, burnout, or medical crises could be seen, heard, and supported as individuals. No judgment. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just real, practical strategies to help you take back your health.
I graduated from the Canadian School of Holistic Nutrition in 2017 with my certification as a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients helping them achieve a balanced state of health taking them from exhausted to energized and engaged.
