But that’s not the full story.

I sat in a hospital-led cardiac clinic, desperate for answers. Their advice? “Just switch from juice to Diet Coke.” I was shocked! And that’s not the only advice that didn’t resonate with me. I was seen as a health crisis, not a whole person. (I am not placing blame, just sharing my experience.)

That’s when I realized: This system wasn’t built for women in menopause.

So, I created what was missing, a space where women 45+ get real solutions, that include the effects of menopause, not dismissive advice.

No judgment. No generic fixes. Just a plan designed for your changing hormones.

Menopause affects your weight, energy, sleep, and mood, but nobody tells you how to fix it.

That’s where I come in.

I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2017 as a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, and I continue to study the effect of hormones and genetics on women’s wellness. I’ve helped hundreds of women go from exhausted to energized by working with their hormones, not against them.
