I’m Kathleen Bulger - a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant, adult educator, and movement facilitator with decades of experience supporting whole-body health.

My work is shaped by formal training, years of client practice, and lived experience rebuilding
health through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle change. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all
solutions or chasing symptoms. I focus on understanding the body as a system and helping people work with it, not against it.

Clients come to me for clarity, practical guidance, and a steady hand through change. They stay
